I did call them on Saturday. However they told me it takes 3 to 5 business days to complete. So since I faxed mine in on Thursday, today is the fourth business day since I faxed it. I think you said you just faxed yours yesterday, so hopefully will be completed by Friday. However you can call to make sure they have your form and that you are in line for processing. I just wanted to let you know that they sent all the shares over even the NGIO ones.
