IMO, yes, Generex does need a deeper bench at the umbrella level. I can’t remember the name, but he does have a VP of Ops, so I’m sure he is heavily involved in all things Generex.
While I believe Joe will continue to fill much of that role, I would suspect one item on his list for after the “machine is turning” will be to delegate more (and have another person or two he can delegate to!).
