Those are great questions.
The PR stated the S-1 would be done this week. So, that is an expectation. Does not mean the funding would commence. That could start say next week, but the S-1 should be done. I would think the attorneys and whomever should be handling this.
Joe is the face of the company, but Generex should have teams in place to handle all of these things. Though, in the past, there have been plenty of missteps that have taken place, so who keeps everyone in check when Joe is gone?
Will PRs be put out when Joe is gone? How long will he be gone? Day? Two days?
They really need the S-1 done. The million dollars they are getting from China is great, but it is for one thing and one thing only. So, they need that S-1 filed for the rest of the funding before anything else happens.
I'm really hoping Generex can do it this week and put a good PR announcing it and some additional news surrounding it as well.
