And here is a quote from a news release posted on February 28, 2020 " The company's plan has been to file the Form 8 Information Statement, followed by the Form 10 Registration Statement.".
IMO this is not hard to judge, they stated in a public news release that the intent of the company is to file the 8K and then the F10. And then in the 8K filed with the SEC they state again that they will be filing the F10 and a separate filing for an additional registration of securities ( Possible S1??). The 8K was filed yesterday so the next logical step would be the F10. The shareholders meeting was pushed to this Saturday because they could not get the F10 in by last Saturday so based off everything I have read I am expecting it this week.
