I believe the assumption of a RAD connection and shocking the world before the 16th has come and gone. Seems that a publicly traded company like RAD and it’s current executive leadership wouldn’t risk a a hit to shareholder confidence be it warranted or not by announcing last minute that it’s partnering with UNVC regardless of Doc connection from 20 years ago or a Doc PR move.

Filings and SEC recognition of Conglomerate. Period.

Now later down the road maybe once Doc has filings, a website, clear executive leadership, a professionally and easily understood mission that the masses can access and get behind...yadda yadda yadda. We all know he has it, but the everyday investor and or intuitional investor won’t risk it without....drum roll.......Filings showing sound financial health.

Filings and formal SEC recognition = Movement = Dollars
PR with no Filings OR Social media (tweet, LinkedIn), OR a video from from HOPE global forum and or other speaking engagements OR New Board member announcement OR John Bryant shout out OR.....ANYTHING besides formal filings and SEC recognition and we will continue to live in penny land.
