This Corona virus thing has provided us with some excitement and maybe a preview of how quickly things can change. Now that the divs are behind us, moving forward I’d like to see something along these lines.
This week - NGIO S-1
This month - NGIO list to NASDAQ
This month - GNBT 10Q (showing continued growth)
By June 1 - Human trials for Corona
By Aug 1 - begin full production of of Corona vaccine
By Sept 1 - Viable Corona vaccine (in time for next flu season / assuming this will minimize over the summer like a typical flu strain)
Oct 2020 - 10K substantial YOY growth.
What I can’t place is where on this timeline GNBT will be able to sustain pps required to uplist considering any increase correlated directly to short volume. Last Thurs and Fri 3.6M shares were sold short. Will the NGIO listing be enough to break this cycle or will it take an on time and significantly improved 10K to get it done?
Lastly I think joe is smart enough not to dilute too much at these low prices. I don’t see him drawing on the S-1 more than absolutely necessary until we are at least over $2 so hopefully the NGIO listing comes through and picks us up or that may begin delaying the AZ projects, Altucell closing and trials, etc.
