Not all opinions and ideas are company favorable.
Posts that are company favorable are often deleted. To get a negative post deleted it has to be particularly heinous. And that is why the deleter of posts needs to be looked at, or alternatively if the deleter is more comfortable he should understand that most everyone with information to leave, more specifically the bashers, will end their bashing and leave because there will be nobody left to bash to.
