Larger Companies than this little cesspool keep the piggy bank going also. In fact, I would say most biotechs execs like to keep drawing a pay till the last second they can't draw a pay. Same with failing, floundering companies, both public and private.
Now, does your Boss share your paranoia? Cause saying that Company execs treat the Company like piggy banks sure isn't accusing anyone of being on the take. Now, if you want to address facts, like the MONSTEROUS operating losses your boss manages to create every quarter, well have at it. You see, no private company would get financing if it became a doppelganger of this fine company. A legitimate financial institution would view those reverse splits that left shareholders broke as defaults.
This is not a big biotech company that raised hundreds of millions of dollars to spend on execs salaries and perks. In this case, your Big Cheese boss is keeping the balls a float through leveraging stock.
Just look at the how the outstanding shares in this Company rise, Shares are being used as capital. If this were a privately held company in would have been bankrupt years ago because investors or banks would not support years (and alot more years than I care to research) of massive losses.
Death by a thousand cuts. As a long time penny stock veteran you should look at yourself in the mirror before berating penny stock buyers.
