After reading through some of the posts yesterday, it looks like we could be hearing something soon from VYST that might be bigger than what we all have been thinking. I'll indicate why towards the latter part of this post, but I should first connect some dots before we get to that part for a better understanding. . . . . . .
First, I think your post holds merit and all should read and think deeper into what you posted below:

A lien suggests a loan, not dilutive financing. A good step forward for a growing company. Maybe there's really something going on here that's imminent with RxAir as some are thinking, and as the October PR and current China virus expansion outside China would suggest. Beyond that, we'll find out more details eventually. I for one see some very interesting potential building here. GLTA
VYST is registered in the state of Massachusetts as their domicile. This means that one would have to go to the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to see its registered state profile. This is like the Secretary of State entity which is the norm for where most stocks are registered through other states (for those that are new to understanding this).
The topic of discussion brought out yesterday within the forum centers around the recent update within the UCC of MA database for VYST dated 02/27/2020, but first look at the info posted on 07/19/2019. First, go to the home page for the UCC of PA and then click the "Corporations" box:
https://www.sec.state.ma.us/index.htm
Then click where it says "Search by Subject" to the left of the page below:
https://www.sec.state.ma.us/cor/coridx.htm
Then click where it says "Search the UCC Database" to the left or middle of the page:
https://www.sec.state.ma.us/cor/corsearch.htm
Then click the "Search by organization name" option and enter "Vystar" and then click the search button below:
http://corp.sec.state.ma.us/corpweb/UCCSearch/UCCSearch.aspx
Then click where it's dated 07/19/2019 on the page that pops up as indicated below:
http://corp.sec.state.ma.us/CorpWeb/UCCSearch...psed=False
Then you will see under the "Secured Parties" section FIDELITY CO-OPERATIVE BANK as indicated below:

Back on 07/22/2019, which was 3 days later after the UCC filing above on 07/19/2019, VYST filed an 8-K indicating a deal with FIDELITY CO-OPERATIVE BANK:

Just recently, under the VYST profile within the UCC database, another filing was released on 02/27/2020 which can be seen by clicking the date 02/27/2020 below:
http://corp.sec.state.ma.us/CorpWeb/UCCSearch...psed=False
Then you will see under the "Secured Parties" section C T CORPORATION SYSTEM with a filing date of 02/27/2020 as indicated below:

Since VYST filed an 8-K on 07/22/2019 which was 3 days after the UCC filing by VYST on 07/19/2019, I think it's fair to expect to see VYST file an 8-K in the very near future regarding a deal with C T CORPORATION SYSTEM, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Wolters Kluwer which is a $19.7 Billion company that trades $72.00+ per share:

Wolters Kluwer reported 2018 annual revenues of €4.3 billion. The group serves customers in over 180 countries, maintains operations in over 40 countries, and employs approximately 18,600 people worldwide.

Because of the size of Wolters Kluwer, I am inclined to believe something huge could be about to be announced in the coming days. Companies of this magnitude don't make certain moves like this unless they are very calculated, well thought out, and planned for huge success.
