$103,000.00 in volume and down by .013 and half the price of volume at 103k on the FIMA would have us over a penny.
A campaign in this case means the company on HALB is going to sell many shares it looks like could have had a triple on the same cash now for 103k.
Hmmm things to make we wonder why buy after news the next day on a gap trap opening.
