My proof point is the 9/20/19 8k filed results from the shareholder vote on an Authorized Share increase from 300M to 600M. 150,323,670 shares voted FOR out of 164,796,720 total votes or 91.2% in favor. Do you believe that 91% of shares voted would take the time to vote in favor of this increase if they were not committed to the long term value of IPIX? The total Outstanding Share count as of 6/30/19 was 202.6M which means that the 164.7M FOR votes were 81% of the entire Outstanding Share count including the 37.9M shares that were not voted. Do you think these investors representing a vast majority of IPIX shares would be selling for pennies today or yesterday or any time since they took the time to basically say “Leo, we know you have our best interests as shareholders in mind and trust your strategy to maximize our shareholder value. We therefore agree to vote FOR doubling our Authorized Share count as we trust you will continue to frugally spend IPIX funds to advance IPIX science”?
In regards to any of the posters that “know someone” who sold 40k shares for a 7 cent profit, I specifically stated and was referring to investors and not traders. Maybe there are 400 other examples of 40k share trades like these that took place in the last 2 days to account for the 16M+ transactions in the past 2 days but that is beyond doubtful.
