Pokey, if you have GNBT/NGIO shares in an IRA, you can convert them to a ROth IRA. Whoever you have the IRA with, check with them, but I have TDA and did a conversion back in 2010 for GNBT from my IRA to my ROth. No issue. Took advantage of spreading taxes over 2 or 3 years they were doing back then. I completed my form yesterday to convert my IRA to my Roth IRA (I only have GNBT and NGIO shares in my IRA).
