I wanted to share an idea here that I did yesterday. I have 3 Accts with GNBT and NGIO shares in them. An IRA, Roth IRA and NQ accounts. My IRA has the fewest shares since it was one of my original GNBT purchases. Back in the day I had 61000 GNBT shares. Well the price dropped, etc and we had the R/S, then the 20 share dividend, then the 1:4 NGIO, and now the 2:5 GNBT and NGIO. So now I only 1617 GNBT and 751 NGIO (both cusip). So what I decided to do was to convert that IRA to my Roth IRA. With a conversion you get taxed on your Ira. Well I’ll gladly pay taxes on $1972 GNBT value, since the NGIO shares right now have zero value.
Just a thought to others here that have IRA and Roth IRA Accts with GNBT/NGIO.
