If they're smart, which they might be, they might use some of their ill-gotten gains to cover their shorts and go long. they probably know a lot about IPIX and might make even more on the long side.
No amount of profit will alleviate the responsibility they carry for having delayed our drugs unnecessarily, causing untold human suffering. Only if they repent could they ever be forgiven. We longs can hope for the criminal justice to wreak havoc on the miscreants, but I think that's not likely. They should tremble at the thought of the ultimate Judgement Day.
