There are only two ways to get CYDY on a real exchange:
1. Reverse Split
Or
2. Organically uplist
We’ve discussed the reverse split option here extensively and how it would both help and hurt CYDY. It would help because institutions would no doubt buy shares. It could hurt because it’s not uncommon for an uplisted biotech to have a sharp and substantial increase in market cap followed by a sharp decrease once the hype dies down and the shorts take over. Continued good cancer news could help sustain the post reverse split SP, but it’s a risk. Uplisting would also bring a lot more attention and credibility as simply being a biotech on the OTC makes investors question buying the stock.
At some point CYDY has to get on a real exchange to get institutional ownership and I think that point is approaching, hopefully organically but maybe via a reverse spot if the BLA continues to be delayed. To be clear, NP has said multiple times he won’t do a reverse split in order to uplist.
