Nader is always talking about non dilutive financing.
Never closed one though.
Craig being rewarded with options out of the blue gives me a ray of hope.
Although I would not be surprised if they were given to him for rejecting the proposal.
Because he has saved us from a lot of dilution would that offer have been accepted (using some Nader logic here).
