“So, Item 1: Generex dividend. As you all know, our planned dividend of 5:2 of Generex and 5:2 of NuGenerex Immuno-Oncology has been delayed again. For our January 3 pay date, now 6th ex date. This delay has been due to the ongoing approval process by the regulators that supervise public companies corporate actions in this area, which is known as FINRA.” Joe in the January CC.
“Generex dividends, which the record date is Monday, February 17. The pay day is February 24. The X day is February 25.
As a reminder, the dividend formula is five for two. It is five shares of Generex owned for two new shares of Generex paid by the company. For every five shares of Generex you own, you will receive two new shares in NuGenerex immune-oncology.” Joe in the Feb CC.
