My final email to Joe, I feel like I'm pounding my

"I had zero to do with changing the dates the regulators did that, and I don’t make the rules for public or private handeling of how dividends are paid and I can understand how the day traders would be upset but all Kong’s are happy."
Me :
So you're saying any Longs, like myself, that added to their position between 2/17 and 2/24 are happy?
My CEO tells me explicitly: "As part of the dividend restructuring, Generex will also pay a new stock dividend of 2 to 5 in NuGenerex Immuno-Oncology shares; i.e. for every 5 shares of Generex Stock you own you will receive two shares of NuGenerex Immuno-Oncology (NGIO). This dividend will also be paid on January 3, 2020 with the ex-date of January 6, 2020.",
and you think I'm happy? This explicit statement regards ONLY the NGIO portion of the dividend, and you have stated an Ex Date.
1) How in the world would I interpret anything other than there is an Ex Date?
2) What financial advisor worth their salt would interpret a statement from the CEO of a PUBLIC COMPANY paying a dividend to a PUBLIC COMPANY's shareholders than to believe there is an Ex Date and that date will be what guides who receives the dividend?
