Eloquently stated, Pokey. The crux of this is that the divs were based on GNBT ownership. So both divs are the same. Period.

My take on this is simple. This is a gnbt corporate action. Not NGIO. The record and pay date are for ownership of GNBT shares and payment on the GNBT corporate action. Joe is wrong both ethically and legally. /my opinion
