I understand from today’s PR and what you have discussed with Steve, which is in direct conflict with all previous written and oral communication regarding the dividend, that you are now acting like you did not purport in plain English that anyone who bought GNBT shares before 2/24, (not 2/17 as you are tackily trying to claim post fact) would get the NGIO dividend from the seller. I recommend that if during this debacle of a dividend process you guys made mistakes, that you own them and fix them. The currently suggested outcome (admittedly, that I am gathering from a third party) will not be acceptable to many shareholders who have and can read what you guys disseminated.
