"Now come on any absolute idiot would know that a non traded companies stock would not be treated the same as a public company, non public's do not have an ex date, same as the last NGIO dividend it had no ex date as well"
I said "No Joe. We don't all know that. Also all your PRs and conf calls said we get 2 dividends. Never did it say we don't get the NGIO shares after 2/17 record date"
Joe said "This is why we always say talk to your financial advisor, when dealing with a computer and a discount broker it's always tough to get the right info"
I said "Joe you specifically said in your PRs about the dividends and never separated the 2. It was always if you sell your shares before the ex date, you lose your dividends to the buyer thru the due bill process. I would not have purchased 13,500 shares of GNBT las week knowing that the share price would get reduced by the dividend amount, so no benefit, other than I was going to get the NGIO shares."
