I just got off the phone with TD Ameritrade in their corporate actions department. They are saying the spinoff of NGO only has a record date of February 17. Anyone to purchase shares last week do not get the NGO shares. That correlates with what Joe‘s PR said this morning about there being a separate day without a Accts date. I am super pissed because I bought shares last week specifically to get NGO shares so I am missing out on 5400 NGO shares. I just tried to call Joe but got his voicemail so I sent him a text message telling him how pissed I am and how he’s going to have an issue with all shareholders that purchased last week because his press release and all his conference calls all said anyone want to purchase it between the 17th and the 24th would be entitled for the due bill process for both dividends.
