been on hold with Fidelity for over 15 minutes while they talk to their corporate restructuring department. Third call. Earlier someone left me a message that said the company moved the process to a hold. Just told them that couldn't be because the dividend has been paid by Etrade, TDAmeritrade and others.

I mentioned that over the past week we have had nothing but problems with Fidelity's website.
