how about ready access to a State Senator...with gobs of environmental money/programs...with pet projects of which they may be intimately involved?? You know...the kind of Government sources you've been saying all this time...forever..aka military..or some subsidized facility that procures funds from federal and state sources?? Do you mean those kind of tangible assets...or something more blatant...or more obscure? It all gets so highly questionable...everything...you know?
