Honestly speaking, I doubt we get BLA in H1. I have no clue what the problem is but I am pretty sure that there is one. Moreover, I dislike the cancer first strategy. HIV approval is the most important thing due to two reasons.
First, NP could show that he is able to finish something successfully.
Second, HIV approval is the key to revenues.
