Because the American government is controlled by the big oil companies and Donald Trump has not funded one penny to American Universities for quantum dot solar energy research, for that will create rivalry with the big oil companies. It is time for the government to show the world USA is a Superpower in quantum dot solar energy power, not a Superpower in environmental destruction with fossil fuels.
