This post should be provided to message board posters who have called the SEC and FBI, and California Securities Agency multiple times. I have written the same things for years.
Nonetheless it happens again and again. And when this happens it is well planned. My turn, no its my turn, no its your turn.
That doesn't mean that they won't make an example every and then out of a penny stock that has violated a plethora of SEC regs. The problem balancing time spent on a prosecution for the return, When Company people goad the SEC or FBI they might take a look. How did ridiculing judges turn out for your boss and his slam dunk lawsuit? Not very well I would say.
It appears to me that some people have acciumulated mounds of information from filings and press releases. If one of these disgruntled shareholders were to organize allegations and support them with documents and evidence you could be very surprised.
