Discredit what? They actually had a recovery permit on Juno and found very little. The site had been worked for years. The only attraction was it had a recovery permit that was grandfathered in before the statutes changed.
Then they tried to suggest part of the mag survey provided by their partner was missing when there was no success and the recovery permit expired.
Did they not understand they didn't have a complete survey BEFORE they entered the partnership? I know it was their first gig, but come on.
This is the big leagues and they have never had a winning season when it comes to salvage.
That's a FACT.

They've never been successful on a site even though they claim on their website their recovery process is industry leading. That's BS.
And right now, they don't even have salvage rights, they simply have exploration rights. Anything they find belongs to the state until they obtain a recovery permit. That's another FACT.
