Not doubting the reporting, but the share total seems low. My understanding was GNBT was going to hold 80% (approx) of NGIO - if that is the case and the filing is for 26 million shares, that means that only 5.2 million were distributed in the two dividends. That doesn't seem right.
It seems to me the 26 million were the shares distributed via the two dividends; if that is 20% of the filing, then you'd have 130 million shares being issued. At say $5/share (to be safe with the NAS filing), that's a market cap of $650 million, which is the range I was leaning towards.
