The latest aerial video uploaded on Feb 23 shows a clearer view but the view is still very hazy, now we see Block 6, 7 were not landscaped, but Block 4, 5 were, it is possible that the nano complex is located in Block 4, 5, not in Block 6,7, it will be confirmed if there will be construction activities in Block 4,5. The shape of the landcaping in Block 4, 5 looks circular, I wonder if Tony Balchin's "state of the art" design for the nano complex will be out of this world and will take the shape of a space ship, imitating that of Apple's Headquarter in Cupertino, California.
