Wow That is great . I take Vitamins too and I swear by them. I buy mine at GNC I also take C too !000 Milligrams I will wake up about 4 or 5 and take one with a big glass of water my alarm Clock some times or just water no C . Then I wash my hands all the time I carry hand wash in the truck every time I come out of a store I wash them it really helps gas station too just think how many germs are on a pump handle > > Summer time Hmm. > > Yeah I'm a germ freak
