In all reality there is no way RAD is buying us out IMO. A JV yes, IMO. A buyout by RAD would take cash, billions in cash as we have over one billion shares outstanding. Now, I did not bother to look at their financials but a pre R/S share price of less than a dollar tells me they don't have a lot of cash. They can't get a nickel from the banks or wall street until the banking act passes. Most don't realize, but if the strip center landlord has a loan on his property and has a CBD/cannabis shop as a tenant, when their loan comes up for review and he provides a list of tenants, his loan will be "called in".
So lets stay focused on what will probably happen relative to the great D/D here on this board. I agree with those that say doc has worked too hard to build his "conglomerate" to just merge it with RAD at an early stage. He started calling us UNVC Conglomerate a number on months ago. The word conglomerate, to me, does not point to a merger with any major company at this point. I would not be surprised to see UNVC buy RAD next year. We will have a strong "currency" with our stock price, IMO.
So lets get back to the more solid D/D here to remind and inform new members why we are long and strong. I do think it happens by the first few days of March at the latest. Patiently waiting with the best CEO on the OTC boards. Doc won't let us down. All in my opinion.
