Thats right TopDog, those are great points and you are entirely correct.

I think what happens to these poor souls is that psychologically they get completely bitter and lose all faith in any company or stock in the micro cap market OTC/BB/PK/etc because by definition since they are all start ups they dilute and are highly risky and so most are not successful, however these clowns put all of their money in one basket and lose it all and then feel so wronged they feel the need to for all time thereafter go on the internet and be the "saviours" for us all. They think because they lost all of their own money in bad investments and losing trades that they rest of us have no chance at investing in a possibly successful start up enterprise, which is patently absurd. They spend every single day all hours of the day hopping from one board to the next bashing any and all "stinkies" that they can, in a very sad desperate attempt to fill the void or gap they feel from being such losers based on their previous pathetic performance in the stock market. Misery loves company, and they are convinced that 99.99% of the micro cap start ups are all just scams and all the long term investors will just lose their money, yet if pressed, they actually will advocate short term trading in these "vehicles"! How unethical is that?! Wow. They genuinely think its a scam yet they will tell you that the only way to "play it" is to get in on a "pump" and then get out before the "dump", you cannot make this stuff up. It is very very sad and immoral as well in my opinion. They prance around making fun of the "stuck holders" and bash anyone who expresses long term conviction in "investing" in these micro cap start ups. Someone needs to make them realize that just because they were unsuccessful at going long does not mean others will not be successful. The key is money management and risk management. You already know where I stand on the strategy behind those aspects of investing in the micro cap market.

Its true the bashers know that dilution is necessary for any micro cap start up company and yet they use it as a talking point to sway sentiment to provide stated negatives, along with other ridiculous rants about DTC "chills" and low volume and large price declines when really it matters not. For instance, they will point out that such a "chill" diminishes volume and so longs cannot hope for large buy volume in the future, yet when some ridiculously small percentage of the float trades to knock the pps down a large amount like 16% or more, they come out in droves and use the price declines as ammo to bash the stock. There are many factors like these that they use as talking points to negatively spin sentiment however its fascinating that it doesnt seem like anyone ever counters by showing others that many of their "points" are contradictory and cannot exist simultaneously, like the coupled factors I mention above. This is partly because they bash in force, with so many on the dark side that it drowns out any positive or nuetral discussion of the points or factors (fundamental or technical). It really cannot be stressed enough to just ignore them and do your own DD!! They are just a swarm of bashers polluting the sentiment on the boards of any stock they see could have potential in the short term, because that is probably where much of the current buying interest and volume will be in the weeks to come; the current hot OTC play. They suck it dry manipulating the pps until no buyers are left and they take it down like hyenas and fight for the dead scraps and then move on to their next target. All the while corrupt agencies and private corporations bloated with too much control and power lend them all of the crony methods and tools needed to allow it to happen again and again. Occasionally though, there is a shining light and a company that is too powerful and whose time has come and becomes successful no matter how much they bash. Oh, they REALLY hate these few, because it flys in the face of all the losing investments they ever had and it must really burn them to know that they could have been long in "plays" like RFMK and the rare others that do make it eventually, making a lot of money, but alas, they have their game and they stick to it, peddling their toxic spew to those who will listen. However as we have seen, that crowd of followers has dwindled in recent times and so at this point it is rather comical how they are all now just sitting and bashing to an audience of which consists of only themselves! I dont think it can get any more pathetic than that! Talk about drinking the kool aid?! They are all sitting and screaming incoherencies to each other! Sad.

Luckily we have a brave new world out there where people fight through the feeble minds telling them what is not possible and instead make it possible. People like Cheryl S and Tom A, showing these clowns that it IS possible, and success DOES HAPPEN sometimes. Its a major mental slam to these clowns but hey, none of us can always be right about every "play" can we?!
