PCTL CONFERENCE CALL RECAP ***********************************************************************************************
Anticipating negligible or no dilution resolving all outstanding Notes; about 55% of Notes already eliminated, and anticipate w/in next 2-3 wks will pay back remaining note holders instead of dilution.
Well into discussions for working capital financing that also likely to involve no dilution. 3 major sources in discussions. Looking into forms of partnerships, in discussions.
No r/s planned
In 8 hospitals now (11 products b/t the 8 hospitals); expecting 3 more hospitals in next 2-3 weeks; many more in pipeline behind that.
60 day UK trial expected to end towards end of March, expecting complete success with the trial, then about 1 week tallying data, and beginning to market products into the UK health system by mid April, expecting 5 sales, then 10 sales and growing. Strong interest over there, and preliminary discussions with the Nat'l health system there already well underway.
Moving down to 30 day trials now, and expecting after the next group of them, to drop to zero trials and just outright purchases.
Numerous trials ongoing now. 3 major targets are Hospital/health facilities, oil & gas, and agriculture.
Have been focused on post harvest in agriculture but big opportunities in pre-harvest so beginning to look into that. That sector is longer term, and some more profitable than others, but cannabis portion potentially very big, and trials already underway there.
Referenced HUGE potential dealing with this current China virus situation, and in active negotiations so can't go into that any more now (This is consistent with a recent tweet teasing us about this causing them to be pulling double duty). Very intriguing. And he emphasized the word "HUGE" when discussing it.
Expecting accelerating growth curve throughout 2020.
Significant potential in oil & gas industry, with a much shorter sales cycle, much quicker sales. Working on this already as well.
Plan to become profitable in Hospitals, oil&gas and agriculture, before turning to the many other areas they have been getting weekly inquiries from. Strong demand out there in many industries, and awareness of this little company is growing steadily now.
Customers are now seeking PCTL out. A big change, and increasing.
Reference made to a lot of internal testing to date, all of which has been going great, but by March outside, independent testing will be increasing. Don't recall what this applied to.
Their first major threshold will be profitability, expected this year.
400% revenue growth in 2019,
Final thought: We are on the launching pad right now, and it's not just 2020 profitability and accelerating sales and revenue, but there is so much demand coming to them now from so many other industries where this can be applied to, that this is a serious, long term growth play, not just 2020, or 2021 but for years to come. This little penny play is the real deal, and will become BIG, if not bought out entirely in the meantime.
