Ucore's Pros, A question for Pip, and PDAC hope
Good Morning, My fellow Ucorians,
I helped a friend with my youngest kid last Tuesday, big mistake. The rafters that were being cut out and replaced had about 40 years worth of dust and pollen on top of them. By Tuesday night I was coughing, sneezing and had a throat that felt like it was on fire. A few days of coughing my head off and now I am feeling a little better. I have my coffee and the wife is playing in the garden. So she is happy.
Ucore's Pros: Ausheds ask Pip to list Ucore's Pro, then rattled off a list. Only trouble is BoKan is not at that stage of development to have these things and Ausheds know it. But it was a good question, so what are Ucore pros?
Debt: Ucore has very little debt compare to other rare earth companies. At about one million dollars compared to Lynas 500 million.
EPA approveled back fill program, to my knowledge no other rare earth company plans to use a back fill waste program. Unlike Lynas that dumps it in the back yard until it become a big enough problem to shut down separation operations.
New tech vs China's second tier tech, Ucore has when out of it's way to find and develop new separation tech, like MRT and rapid SX to beat China's standard SX tech. Unlike Lynas that continues to use second tier tech bought from China. Does Ausheds really believe that China would sell top of the line tech to Lynas to compete directly against China's rare earth companies. Been in the outback sun way to long.
Ucore finds many sourses of fundings. State of Alaska, DOE DOD and others to name a few. Have any of you heard of Lynas getting funding from the Australia government for rare earth developmant?
Political Support, Ucore finds and lobbies political support on the state and federal levels. Anybady heard of any other rare earth company hiring a DC lobbing firm?
Building an alliance with proven DOD contractors with a long history of DOD contracts. Any other rare earth company building alliances of this type?
A question for Pip: Dear Pip/Joe, You have stated many time that we have wasted the last three years because Ucore when no place because all development was blocked by Steve to get Ucore to cancel the option to buy. Okay Pip would we as share holders be better off if Ucore had canceled the option to buy and when with the 60/40 partnership with Steve in control of the MRT tech or knowing what we know of the man would dealing for DOD contracts be better or a nightmare?
PDAC hope: We know that on Dec 4 the judge told Steve that he found Steve to be less than truthful and that Ucore had enough to prove there case. So my hope is that Steve's lawyer told him that if he did not settle that Ucore could walk away with IBC and with him in debt to the tune of servel million. Given Ucore history of big announcements at PDAC. My hope is that Ucore announces that IBC has settled and Ucore is buying the company.
Should be a very interesting year, not you all agree.
Yours,
Dragon AKA Sir Dragon of Folgers
