I get the fact that B2B accounts are great but B2C shouldn't be neglected.
They have a product that they can improve on literally make million by selling to the end consumer....need very little strategy and loads of marketing. They aren't even doing well on Amazon!

I think if they can root out the bugs for a smoother user interface, skies the limit just with the B2C model. They could be on all market places, Selling on their own website; subscription based, residual income all the way. So much can be done
