If I recall and understood correctly, this basket trial approval eliminated the individual IND requirement for each emergency patient that was required for patience other than TNBC patients (which is why we all of our initial 5 or 7 patients other than M-i-L were TNBC)? I also understand there is not a naive requirement for the basket trial. If both are correct, then they will be able to enroll all of these 70 patients waiting if they pass screening. They could simply work with the individual oncologists and patients to see if they would receive lero and participate in the trial or as emergency patient....i.e. patients health and travel required to see if they would be a good fit for the trial (assuming more tests and interaction required) and oncologists to get a good mixture of cancers and varying degrees of progression?
