Welcome to the board bw! Sounds like RedChip totally blew it, which surprises me, since this isnt their first rodeo. Maybe they didn‘t anticipate or haven't had that level of volume interest with one of these before as the details were not even given in a public press release. We will see if the 20min webinar is any better.
