Second, if this was the first time NP and CYDY screwed the pooch on something, sure, it happens, but the missed timelines, lack of national/international awareness (thanks to junior varsity PR firms) and often unclear (in terms of what is actually being said) statements in interviews is all too common.
Third, will this kill the SP tomorrow? Given that barely anyone heard the call, probably not, but OVERALL, it does not paint the picture of a company that has competent people in places where competent people need to be, especially at the stage we are at now. Longs know what we have, but it makes you wonder if management can really make intelligent deals with big pharma (Vyera...a dog with fleas) or if we sell for far less than what we could have had, because management will realize that 100% of 0 is still 0.
