News means nothing IMO (maybe a day or two of spiked volume and small price increase as seen by the great news recently regarding the P1 pill trial), the only factor that will change our share price for the long term and hurt the shorts (and possibly cause them to back off IPIX somewhat) is LW being able to negotiate a deal that brings in large upfront monies to end our cash shortage and constant share dilution.
That deal (or deals as both OM and IBD on the table) is obviously being negotiated now but as to when it is completed is a total WAG by everyone. Next week, next month, next quarter, who knows? When it DOES happen, that's when we see a change - 'til then twirling at the end of the strings being manipulated by the shorts. IMO those predicting immediate deal are just making things easier for the shorts to spin should that not occur.
Quite a different wait now - strictly one of confident expectation rather than just hoping something good occurs.
