Bloomberg is being hammered for stop and frisk.
He says well we had a real murder problem at the time about 700 a year and when that was implemented the murder rate went down to around 300 .
That was not a good answer Oh he was still in the shit pile
He should have said after that. We have a Highly Contagious Virus so we are planing a lot of Public gatherings . He would have been a Fucking Hero
