He keeps canceling and putting it back in. Yesterday that block was on GTSM, today ETRF.
It's a disturbed individual who keeps playing with these blocks. He thinks he can run the stock with his handful of shares.
Just the mention of "the block" gets this guy off. Believe me, it's just a delusional trader with an ego the size of Manhattan and a brain the size of a piece of gum.
