The 10Q was due before 5:30 pm Eastern time today to be released . Between 5:30 and 10:00 pm it is still considered to be on time but gets a filing date of Feb 20th, which is tomorrow. It is considered to be late if not submitted by 10pm. Hopefully we will see it in the morning.
