Subsequent events since the Foundation Stone Laying Ceremony:

- 2 Micro-reactors have been delivered.

- Quantum dot manufacturing plant has been completed, quantum dot production is imminent.

- "Significant payment" has been received (that means full payment for the licensing fee, reactors, ancillary equipment).

- After delaying for one year due to flooding and due to funding delay from the Central government, aerial video shows landscaping around the quantum dots nano complex at Block 6, 7 in the Tech City has begun, construction of the Complex will begin soon and will likely be completed this year and ribbon cutting for the Opening Ceremony of the quantum dots nano complex will likely be held in the second half of 2020 and another video will be released.
