1. This isn’t a conference call! The title of the email about the call says it all, “Join Investor Group Call.” This is a paid interview/call where NP will discuss recent news and take questions (I’m assuming).
2. Red Chip is a company that gets paid by small cap stocks for publicity. CYDY just recently hired them for services per the notes at the bottom of the email.
“CytoDyn (CYDY) is a client of RedChip Companies, Inc. CYDY agreed to pay RedChip Companies, Inc., a $20,000 quarterly cash fee, beginning in February 2020, for RedChip investor awareness services.”
3. Here’s a question for you: when has CYDY ever conducted a conference call using a paid service such as Red Chips? Answer: never. CYDY investor conference calls are PRed ahead of time and conducted with a number of the senior members of the CYDY team.
I’m not sure why this is so hard for investors to understand. Tomorrow’s “investors group call” is no different then the super stock interviews, pro activ interviews, or other podcasts that NP has paid to have done. Yes, NP has conducted these after morning PRs and often mentions new nuggets of information here and there, but this is not the same as a company conference call. I’m expecting a PR tomorrow morning, but I’m not expecting an after hours PR during a paid interview because that’s never happened.
