Etrade??? Lol. These last few months when I could afford to purchase additional shares, the wait time has been inexcusable on every level. When I could finally talk to an actual representative, it is then an endless array of questions including a security question I always have to answer. Their customer service is lacking for sure, but I don't want to go through the hassle at all of doing business with another brokerage.
