Citadel Exploration Inc. (CEI) is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of oil and natural gas. CEI is a publicly traded corporation organized under the laws of the state of Nevada. CEI operates its properties through its wholly-owned subsidiary Citadel Exploration, LLC (CEL). CEL is a corporation organized under the laws of the state of California.
