When it does take-off, our valuation is fairly simple:
Two nano-cap OTCMKTS Financial holdings stocks were bought out recently.
They were valued using Price/Book standards.
One sold for 1.12x book value , the other 1.15x book.
As such, its safe to assume we can assume a valuation :
Book value of 1 to 1.2x
Which means the dollar value of the RAIF would be near our market cap.
(less the $30 million debt.)
