i won't say it's a groundswell and I don't have a shred of direct evidence but I am feeling favorable vibes from several people whose views i respect about events underway and soon to be underway at Santa Elena.
A startup doesn't happen all at once. It starts slow and builds steam and as the bugs are discovered and dealt with - new equipment and enhancements added to the Merrill Crowe processing plant and everyone becomes more efficient at their job.
