At what point does compensation come into play for the team? If GNBT's S-1 gets approved and we have a successful S-1, spin out and trading of NGIO on the NAZ, I would be supportive of giving the team a salary for sure and likely a performance bonus. If GNBT gets up listed, that would definitely be worthy also.
Thoughts?
At some point in the not too distant future we are going to see the board has voted themselves shares, options and salaries etc. We need to be preparing ourselves.
